How does it work

MOTIVATION 

As an experienced teacher who trained many students who fell in love with mathematics even though they did not like mathematics before approaching her, she started training her children with limited time due to working full time as a scientist, she decided to establish a company Magic Math Master to help more kids to achieve their level of understanding mathematics and logic thinking to follow their passion and career they want to. She also dedicated her free time to writing the book to help kids not only understand logical thinking but also mathematics topics were created together with expanding their knowledge about different interesting topics. 

Why do other methods not help kids enjoy mathematics? 

Why do students nowadays still not absorb mathematics topic well even with a new and modern method of teaching that focus on how student understand topics such as play and learning? It is because of many reasons: 1. A teacher has a large number of students in one class. 2. Dealing with various levels of students' mathematics abilities in a class needs experienced teachers. 3. Furthermore, they do not get motivated to explore the topic in their daily activities. 

How does it differ from other methods? 

Learning mathematics in primary school and high school is not as hard as students think. This is because for a long time, Mathematics is separated from daily activities. At Magic Math Master, bringing mathematics and daily activities back together makes students see the indispensability and versatility of mathematics in our lives.  

To support the modern and technological method of learning, our tutoring company will explore the play-and-learn method at the next level where students can learn mathematics while playing the activities they like such as sports, games, and puzzles. Furthermore, students are taught how to explore mathematics topics via observation environment and daily activities. Students are taught to find the problem to the solution together in the normal way (finding a solution to the problem).

What evidence does Magic Math Master support the claim? 

Training her children with 2 different strategies to make them understand and enjoy mathematics at different levels of their interests. The best way to teach kids is to make them really want to learn more and try to see mathematics in anything they encounter.

How does it work? 

The individual learning method is designed to fit the kids' interests and level of understanding. Furthermore, the kids choose the topic they want to study, and then the mathematics topic will be tailored to fit the kid's level of understanding and the involvement of the kid while designing the mathematics problem. The problems will become more complex to meet kids' demands. Kids' involvement is the active way to make sure they are interested and understand the topic before mathematics topics are introduced. Furthermore, our experienced educators also aim to design silly problems to ask the kids to find and fix. This method not only helps kids understand the mathematics topic, but it also helps them have logical thinking apart from English comprehension. 

What service does Magic Math Master offer? 

 We also have different classes to help advanced and gifted students achieve their best interests and capabilities. If kids are good at mathematics, it is beneficial if they can be introduced the advanced mathematics to explore and develop their mathematics skills which are needed for the modern age where technology is applied everywhere.

 For students who are ready to use technology, Magic Math Master also has classes for them to learn to use software such as program language (Python) and text editor (TeXstudio). These kinds of software help to be confident to follow a STEM career. We also help them to learn other software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and 3D Painter.
