Magic Math Master was founded by Dr Tuyet Vu – a scientist, educator, and devoted mum – to share the joy of maths in a way that truly connects with children. With decades of experience in both STEM education and industry, she understands how maths is used in the real world and how young minds learn best.

As a team, we build on this experience. We have taught students from early primary to university, including our founder’s own children, and we bring a practical, engaging approach to every lesson.

Magic Math Master was founded by Dr Tuyet Vu, a scientist, engineer, experienced maths teacher, and mum of two. We draw on her experience teaching students from Grade 1 to university in Vietnam and Australia, and her work in real-world applied mathematics, to make maths clear, meaningful, and connected to everyday life. Our goal is to help children love maths, build confidence, and grow to their full potential. 

Tuyet Vu - Program Designer/Founder

I am just as little as you and will be your friend but not your serious tutor. I will be one of those friends who tries to make you laugh and play with you while you are on the mission of achieving what you need for mathematics. For parents, I help you to motivate your child to follow the career you want him/her to follow and give you advice and feedback regularly to make sure your child is on track.  

I often play soccer with my children and play math and English games with them. It is fun to see them treat me as their friend and try to compete with me at any level.
